Transitions UK – Supporting disadvantaged youth at risk aged 14 to 25 yrs

We have a simpyoung peoplele strategy. Start small: do it well: expand, grow our reputation and replicate and develop our projects and services for young people locally, regionally and later nationally.

We already manage the Achieve project for young people with special needs in Luton and the Aspire Project in Hertfordshire for young people at risk of criminal exploitation/offending.
In the Autumn, we will launch the Attain Project for young people leaving care in Milton Keynes, and later Bedford and Northamapton. In 2019, we will launch our North London ‘Affirm’ Project for young people with mental health and emotional needs.
By 2019 we will be working in Herts, Beds, Bucks and North London.
We expect to work with around 200 young people in 2018/19 and by 2022 we plan to be working with around 1,000 disadvantaged children and young adults in locations across England and Wales. If you would like to help or be part of that story – please get in touch!
