January 2019 - a busy month!

2019 has already been a hugely busy year, and we’re not even 2 months in! As we grow & develop, there are huge opportunities for you to be involved in changing young lives!

We Welcome Jess Welch as our new Bedford Project Co-ordinator for the Achieve (Learning Disabilities) project. Jess will be setting up referral and volunteer pipelines over the next couple of months and launching with the first group of young people in April. We need a lot of peer volunteers and some adult volunteers too. You can contact her on 07789 574621 or email jess.welch@transitionsuk.org

We also welcome Cheena Boak who is Area Partnerships Manager for the Bedfordshire area. Cheena would love to chat to you if you or your business want to get involved in any way at all. Please contact her on 07889 568356 or at cheena.boak@transitionsuk.org

There are chronic and deep-seated needs among our young people today. We are determined to make an impact on those needs and to challenge the status quo. If you can help in any way at all, please get in touch.
