We are thrilled to have been awarded £30,000 per year from BBC Children in Need to roll out this project into Bedfordshire. We are currently recruiting a Project Co-ordinator to be based in Bedford Borough and we will embrace Central Beds from either Bedford or our existing Luton and Dunstable Project.
Most importantly that will mean we can increase our numbers from around 40 to up to 70- young people across the county. As part of that roll-out we will especially be focusing on employment opportunities and the skills and training needed to get them.

Our new Project Manager for Aspire is Radhika Dattani, who started with us on 1st October. Radhika is working to add young people and mentors to our existing hubs in Stevenage and Watford; from January Radhika will be working with Enfield Rangers FC and Sukie Madahar (of TV’s “The Heist”) to launch a hub with a football flavour called “The Kickback Project”.

The Attain Project
The Attain Project is our newest project, supported especially by Lloyds Bank Foundation. Our new Project manager is Vanessa Leroux who is getting enormous support from organisations and partners in Milton Keynes and already ahead of target in terms of numbers of young people and volunteers registered to the Project.
One Key partner is Milton Keynes Academy and we are grateful for referrals for young people who will user the project but also for volunteers to help support them.
