Peter Borner

“I was delighted to be asked to join the board as a trustee of Transitions UK. There comes a time in everyone’s life when they realise that it is time to give something back to those that are less fortunate and in great need of help. Transitions UK is helping young people that have struggled through their early lives by giving them a much deserved chance as they grow into adulthood. I cannot think of a better way of giving back to society.”

Daniel Twomey

Daniel is Head of Business Development for a boutique citizenship by investment firm in London. A strong believer in the positive effects that early intervention and appropriate early support, mentoring and relationship-building can have on influencing the direction that the life of a young person at risk of poor outcomes can take; he is delighted to be a part of Transitions UK and the invaluable work that the charity does

Amanda - Website thumbnail.jpg

Amanda is a “founding supporter” of the charity. She runs a learning and development agency called Strive Development, and is passionate about helping young people to fulfil their potential, including through apprenticeship and volunteering.

Her HR background is a great asset to the charity as well as her experience of working with young people.
